Getting There

The most comfortable—and magical—way to access Murugo Bay is by boat, and it’s included in your booking. While walking is possible, the path is quite rough and can get slippery during the rainy season. If you're not comfortable with boat travel for any reason, just let us know when you book—we’ll be happy to arrange an alternative that works for you. Unfortunately, there isn’t a restaurant at Murugo Bay. Since we want it to feel like a cozy home away from home, the experience is self-catered—so please bring your own food and drinks. Guest Capacity

Murugo Bay is rented out as a full property—not by the room or per person—making it perfect for two couples or families (with kids sharing a room with their parents/caregivers). We can host up to 8 guests total, including children and babies. If you’re planning a stay with a larger group, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to chat about what might be possible. Yes, Murugo Bay is rented out a full private property—not by room or per person. It’s like renting out a whole house, so you get the entire place to yourself—a cozy, private ‘home away from home’ during your stay. Yes, campers are welcome to set up their own tents anywhere on the property—there are plenty of great spots to choose from! While we don’t provide tents or camping gear, camper guests are more than welcome to use the central Murugo toilets and showers. Please note that we charge a small fee of 25 USD/tent.
